What is The Range Collective?

The Range Collective, LLC is an autism-informed college and career readiness boutique consulting firm serving families and institutions. The firm provides specialized consulting for students from middle school through young adulthood, professional development for institutions of higher education and organizations, and family guidance for neurodivergent transition planning.

Dr. Leanna Range-Norwood brings more than 30 years in education spanning student, educator, school leader, and doctoral researcher, with original research in autism employment outcomes grounded in Self-Determination Theory. Services are delivered in person and virtually via Zoom across Mississippi and the southeastern region.
